Magnetic Formwork

Shuttering systems or magnetic formwork are used for the production of precast concrete structures. The adapters with the shuttering magnets are placed on the points of the magnetic formwork fixation. When concrete is set, a formwork is demoulded by removing equipment. Some shuttering magnet systems are equipped with adaptors for magnetic formwork fixation. A formwork differs by its stiffness – a flexible shuttering board is used for round parts, and a rigid shuttering board is used for standard structures. Precast concrete bread magnets are special bread-shaped template magnets specifically designed for use with rail molds or plywood templates. With the addition of a multi-functional adapter, the bread magnets can be effectively secured, ensuring a tight fit with the side mold. Equipped with a special release tool, the magnets can be easily placed in the correct position. Its working principle is based on a unique pressure point effect, where pressure points on the inside of the template grip the beveled surface of the tapered magnet. This gives all U-shaped templates shock and vibration protection. Various chamfering treatments are available. Draft angles can be adjusted as needed. Hopper recesses and slots can be set for all common robotic systems.

The U60 magnetic formwork system consists of a 60 mm wide U-shaped metal channel and an integrated magnetic button system.
