The RCDB Series Dry Electromagnetic Iron Remover (also known as the PDC Series Disc Electromagnetic Separator) is widely used in mining, power generation, metallurgy, cement, building materials, chemicals, ceramics, and glass processing. Typically suspended above a conveyor belt, the device generates a powerful magnetic field when energized. As material passes beneath it on the belt, ferrous particles—including nails, screws, slag, and miscellaneous iron fragments—are instantly attracted to the magnetic pole surface by the strong magnetic force. When de‑energized or removed, the captured iron automatically drops off, completing the separation cycle.
