+86 -13559234186The prefabricated concrete slab stress anchorage tensioning anchor system represents an advanced technology for the tensioning and anchoring processes in concrete structures. This system addresses the limitations of excessive prestress concentration and large bidirectional dimensions in traditional anchor groups, resulting in a more rational distribution of prestress and a thinner anchor head. The post-tensioning anchoring system demonstrates significant environmental benefits through its material selection, construction process, and long-term use, thereby reducing the consumption of natural resources and minimizing adverse environmental impacts. This system is widely applied in prestressed components of buildings, bridges, and other concrete structures to enhance structural strength and stability.

Flat Stress Anchor Post Tension Anchor System
Prefabricated concrete slab stress anchorage tensioning system is a robust and extensively utilized prestressing and anchoring mechanism for concrete structures. This system significantly enhances the structural strength and stability while streamlining construction processes. Its components are as follows:
Anchor Head: Typically fabricated from cast iron, available in rectangular or circular configurations. Rectangular anchors are predominantly employed in scenarios where minimal plate thickness is required and concrete stress levels are relatively low. The anchor head collaborates with the anchor plate to transmit the tension of the prestressed tendons into the concrete structure.
Anchor Plate: Works in conjunction with the anchor head to bear the prestress transferred from the anchor head and evenly distribute it within the concrete, thereby preventing localized excessive stress that could lead to concrete damage.
Prestressed Tendons: Commonly comprised of single or multiple steel strands with diameters of 12.7mm or 15.7mm. These tendons are secured within the concrete structure by the anchor head and anchor plate, generating prestress upon tensioning.
Corrugated Pipe: Serves as a conduit for the prestressed tendons, typically made of corrugated galvanized metal with dimensions of 20mm x 70mm. Following tendon tensioning, the pipe is filled with an appropriate cement slurry to provide corrosion protection and enhance bond strength.
Working Principle:
Tensioning Process: Prestressed tendons are stretched using hydraulic jacks to generate prestress. The tension force is transmitted from the anchor head to the anchor plate, which then transfers it to the concrete structure. During this process, the prestressed tendons induce precompressive stress in the concrete, thereby improving its crack resistance and load-bearing capacity.
Stress Transfer: After tensioning, the prestressed tendon's tension is transferred through the anchor head and anchor plate into the concrete. In the anchoring area, concentrated forces from the prestressed tendons create high transverse tensile stress, known as burst stress. To counteract this burst stress, special reinforcement bars must be installed in the anchoring region.

Advantages over Traditional Systems:
1、Simplified Structure: The traditional anchor head and anchor plate are integrated into a single unit, simplifying manufacturing processes and enhancing installation efficiency.
2、Ease of Installation: The tensioning and anchoring operations of prestressed tendons are straightforward, allowing for rapid installation and effectively reducing construction time.
3、Superior Corrosion Resistance: Post-tensioning involves filling the prestressed tendons with cement paste, which effectively prevents corrosion and extends the service life of the structure.
4、Enhanced Load-Bearing Capacity: Through meticulous design and construction, the post-tensioned anchoring system can withstand greater prestress, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity and crack resistance of concrete structures.
Wide Range of Applications:
Versatile Usage: This system is suitable for various architectural and engineering applications, including high-rise buildings, bridges, underground projects, multi-story parking garages, stadiums, etc., demonstrating high versatility and adaptability.
Increased Building Efficiency: By reducing plate thickness, the system allows for an increase in the number of building floors, improving land utilization and increasing usable floor area.
